CloneAGC, Denpasar - Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari)Examples Of Product Launches, Bali, memusnahkan kayu dan senjata api rakitan hasil sitaan dari kasus yang telah memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.

Pemusnahan barang bukti kayu dan senjata api rakitan ini disaksikan oleh Kapolres Jembrana, AKBP Priyanto Priyo Hutomo, dan jajaran Polisi Kehutanan setempat.

Pemusnahan senjata api rakitan tersebut digelar di halaman Kantor Kejari Instagram Post For New Business Launch, dengan cara dipotong-potong. Turut dimusnahkan sebilah pisau komando, satu senter, dan satu teropong senjata.

Selain itu, terdapat 61 butir peluru dengan kaliber 5,5 mm turut dimusnahkan dengan cara diserahkan ke Polres Jembrana.

Senjata api rakitan serta amunisi tersebut merupakan hasil sitaan petugas Taman Nasional Bali Barat dari tangan pemburu liar, awal tahun ini.

"Sesuai amanat undang-undang bahwa jaksa yang melakukan eksekusi terhadap barang bukti yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap,” ucap Kepala Kejari Jembrana, Anton Delianto, Jumat (27/10/2017).

Ia menjelaskan, lantaran tak memiliki nilai ekonomis, barang bukti tersebut dirampas oleh negara untuk dimusnahkan. Termasuk barang bukti kayu yang telah busuk dan lapuk dimusnahkan dengan cara dibakar.

Menurut Anton, kayu-kayu yang dimusnahkan tersebut merupakan hasil tangkapan Polisi Kehutanan dari kasus pembalakan liar di kawasan hutan lindung yang ada di Launching Soon Instagram Post Elemts sejak awal tahun.
