Direktur Utama Rabobank Internasional Indonesia Hendrik Gezenius Mulder, dilaporkan 132 orang karyawannya ke Bareskrim Mabes Polri. Hendrik dilaporkan karena diduga memalsukan dokumen.

"Ada pasal dalam kesepakatan antara Depnaker, manajemen, dan serikat pekerja yang dipalsukan secara sepihak isinya," kata Ketua Serikat Pekerja Rabobank International Indonesia Antonius Bolly Matarau, di Mabes Polri, Jakarta, Kamis (25/7/2013).

Menurut Anton, pemalsuan itu berada pada Pasal 62 tentang PHK dan Uang Pisah dalam surat perjanjian kerja bersama (PKB). Hal itu terjadi setelah surat dibukukan manajemen Rabobank.

"Dalam surat PKB awalnya tertulis Uang Pisah itu kompensasinya 6 bulan gaji untuk masa kerja 12 sampai 15 tahun. Tapi setelah dibukukan jadi hanya 5 bulan. Dan pengurangan itu ada sampai masa kerja 20 tahun ke atas," ujarnya.

Anton mengatakan, kini 132 orang tersebut dibebastugaskan. Dengan rincian 45 karyawan diperpanjang masa kerjanya sampai akhir Juni, 66 training pembinaan, dan 21 dimutasi ke bagian lain.

"Itu dari level manajer sampai OB, semuanya kena. 132 Ini dipecah-pecah seperti diarahkan untuk PHK," jelas pria berbaju abu-abu tersebut.

Hingga kini, Anton yang datang bersama 6 orang rekan dan kuasa hukumnya Mangapul Silalahi, masih mendaftarkan laporan tersebut.

Kedatangan ini merupakan laporan kedua dari serikat pekerja pada manajemen. Pada 4 Juli lalu mereka juga melaporkan bentuk pemotongan gaji pekerja secara sepihak yang totalnya sekitar Rp 100 juta. (Sul/Mut)
