Free uml diagram templates editable and downloadable Forum Komunikasi Asosiasi Nasional (Forkan) mengeluhkan sikap tidak adil pemerintah yang justru memihak pelanggan listrik golongan rumah tangga (R1) tanpa kenaikan tarif dasar listrik (TDL) selama 10 tahun.

Golongan R1 menyedot daya setrum sebesar 450 voltampere (VA) berlaku tarif Rp 415 per kilowatt per jam (kWh). Sedangkan tarif listrik pelanggan rumah tangga berdaya 900 VA sebesar Rp 605 per kWh.

Ketua Forkan, Franky Sibarani mengatakan, kenaikan TDL sebesar 38,9% untuk Credit Card No Deposit Needed golongan 3 dan 64,7% untuk industri golongan 4 lebih banyak mengandung unsur politis antara pemerintah dan anggota parlemen.

"Parlemen dan pemerintah lebih menganut faktor populis sehingga industri yang menjadi korban meski menyerap tenaga kerja. Harusnya DPR tidak perlu mengambil langkah populis karena sebentar lagi akan menghadapi pergantian," sindir dia di Jakarta, Rabu (18/12/2013).

Lebih jauh dia mengungkapkan, seharusnya pemerintah dan DPR memberlakukan kenaikan TDL terhadap pelanggan rumah tangga R1 450 VA-900 VA sebesar 10%, bukan untuk golongan industri. Sebab Forkan menghitung dengan menaikkan tarif listrik bagi kelompok R1 sebesar 10%, negara bisa menghemat sebesar Rp 2,48 triliun.

"Kami usulkan kenaikan tarif listrik untuk R1 yang sudah 10 tahun tidak naik. Karena dengan naik 10%, pengguna rumah tangga cuma nambah Rp 3.000 dengan penghematan Rp 2,48 triliun," ujarnya.

Usulan tersebut disepakati oleh Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia (API). Ketua API, Ade Sudrajat menambahkan, industri mengalami kenaikan listrik setiap tahun dengan posisi terakhir tarif listrik sebesar Rp 1.000 per kwh. Sedangkan tarif daya R1 tetap tak beranjak Rp 450 per kwh sejak 10 tahun.

"Ini kan jomplang sekali, karena kalau R1 naik di atas 10% saja, penyesuaian tarif listrik untuk industri tidak terlalu besar. Apakah kami disuruh ekspor terus atau malah tutup, jadi percuma ada investasi di Indonesia," terang dia. (Fik/Ndw)
